Liability for misleading claims
Under the 2026 rules your licence and deposit are at risk if a student says they were misled. Every script gets a compliance check: no guaranteed visas, admissions, jobs or salaries.
A record of what was said
You sign off the script in writing before the shoot, and we keep the signed version with who approved it and when.

Questions we get asked
Can you make videos that follow the 2026 consultancy regulations?
Every script gets a compliance check before it reaches you: we remove promises about visas, admissions, jobs or earnings and add the disclaimers you need. You sign off the final script before the shoot. We aren't lawyers, so for anything unclear your legal adviser has the final word.
Do the students in the videos have to be our real students?
No. We cast creators who fit the student you want to reach. If you would rather feature your own students, we film them with their written consent.
Can we buy videos for one intake only?
Yes. Start with the two-video pilot, then book the number of videos you need for the intake. Monthly packages are there if you want a steady supply later.
Are the videos in Nepali or English?
Either, or both. Many consultancies post in Nepali for parents and in English for students. Captions are burned in either way.
