Terms
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms cover candidcreators.com (“Candid Creators”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them, and to our privacy policy. They're short on purpose. If something is unclear, write to hello@candidcreators.com.
Who we are
Candid Creators is run by Gokul IT Research Center, a business registered in Pokhara, Nepal.
What the platform is, and isn't
- A place where businesses find creators who make short videos (UGC), by watching their reels or posting a brief that creators pitch to.
- We're not part of your deal. Businesses and creators agree the work, the price, the usage rights and the payment between themselves, and pay each other directly. We don't handle money, take a cut, employ creators, or guarantee anyone's work, payment or identity.
- It's free to use.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over.
- Use your real name or your business's real name, and keep your details accurate.
- One person per account. Keep access to your email safe: it's how you sign in.
- You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.
What you upload
- You keep ownership of your reels, profile, briefs and messages. You give us permission to store them and show them on the platform, as the platform works: portfolio reels and profiles publicly (including in link previews and search results), pitch reels only to the business whose brief you pitched to, messages only to the other person in the conversation.
- Only upload what you have the right to share, and only people who agreed to appear in it.
- When you delete something, we remove it from the platform. Copies can remain briefly in caches and backups.
Rules
Don't use Candid Creators to:
- post anything illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or harassing, or anything involving a minor;
- pretend to be another person or business;
- send spam, or message people about anything other than video work;
- ask creators for free work beyond the short pitch a brief asks for;
- collect people's details for anything other than the job you're discussing;
- get around the platform's limits, or interfere with how it runs.
Content that breaks these rules can be hidden automatically when people report it, and we can remove content or close accounts that break them.
Advertising rules
A business that publishes a creator's video is responsible for it as its own advertisement: that its claims are true and that it follows the advertising and disclosure rules where it's published.
No guarantees
We work to keep the platform running and safe, but provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for deals, payments, content or conduct between users, or for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on the site or by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
