How it works
Businesses find creators who make short videos. Creators find paid work. It's free for both, and you pay each other directly.
For businesses
- 1Post what you need and your budget.
- 2Creators send a 15–30 s pitch reel with their rate.
- 3Pick one and pay them directly. No fees.
Or swipe the deck: every reel shows the creator's rate. Keep the ones you like and message them.
Candid never holds your money. You agree the job in your conversation and pay the creator however you both like.
For creators
- 1Add a rate, your country and one reel. That puts you in the deck.
- 2Businesses keep your reels and message you, or post briefs you can pitch to.
- 3Agree the job in your inbox and get paid directly. Candid takes nothing.
What gets you kept: a fresh reel, a clear rate, and quick replies. Your profile shows how often and how fast you answer.

What does it cost?
Nothing, for businesses or creators. There are no fees and no cut of what you agree.
How do I pay a creator?
Directly, by bank transfer or whatever you both use. Agree the price in your conversation first. For a first job, paying half upfront and half after you've seen a draft protects you both.
What if a creator doesn't deliver?
Candid isn't part of the deal, so agree how many videos, the length, the deadline and where you'll use them in writing, in your conversation. Check a creator's reels and how they reply before you pay.
Where can I use the videos?
Wherever you and the creator agree: your own social accounts, ads, your website. Say it in writing before they film. You're responsible for following advertising rules where you publish.
How do briefs work?
You say what the video should show, your budget, and which creators it's for. Matching creators send a 15–30 second pitch reel. A brief takes 10 pitches by default and stays open up to 14 days; you can edit it until the first pitch arrives. Pick one, or none.
Which countries?
Anywhere. Creators show their rate in their own currency, and a brief can ask for creators in particular countries or languages.
Is it safe?
Only businesses can start a conversation, and creators see who they are: name, country, website and how long they've been on Candid. Candid never asks you for money or payment details: anyone who does isn't us. You must be 18 or over to join.
